Check out the technology on magnets... no need for electric cars or generators, the magnets generate all the elctricity or motivation you need. cars, trains, aircraft rocket engines and the hold their charge for 400 years... search youtube...

Nicola Tesla's car used a battery switching trick which makes the batteries self charging. Google "Tesla Switch", and positive results and replications are found on overunity website.

i doubt it's coming from petro. more likely coal which in these electric cars translates to WAAY cheaper and WAAY cleaner than gasoline.
