You've hit on a very important and valuable principal with this one Garko. Here's an analogy for it: Our National troubles can be seen as pollution in a beautiful pond, with water flowing in from a stream at one end, out at another. Instead of all our effort focused on neutralizing the toxins, flooding the pond with clear water will flush it out in a natural purge.
